I have been asked by some of the promoters to be given email addresses so that they can send entry forms electronically - with out everyone's permission I will not do this.

If you don't have a problem with this please advise and I will make a decision from the amount of you that respond.

It's ok with me as long as they identify in sthe subject line it's for a cookoff. I I get unsolicited email with attachements and don't know what it's for it goes straight to the dump.

i normally have no problem with that. but i do have a question... have you been assured that the addy's will only be used in a responsible manner and that they won't be shared with other companies down the road?
