Competition rules on Meat prep

What do the rules say exactly on when you can prep your meats for comp? I.E. trim and season them.

Joe - the only thing in the rules states that you
can't marinate, season meat prior to arrival on site.
You can pretrim your brisket, clean up your ribs and cut your chicken in half at home - much sanitary -
If the Promoter states that they will be inspecting meat you might call the Promoter to make sure this is okay.
