Who's coming to the contest at Paragon Casino this weekend in Marksville? Join us for this LA state championship - and visit the car show there as well! The weather's forecast to be great!

Great weather for a great contest! We had 17 teams, some of which also did Midnight Margaritas, Anything Over Rice, and Sauce competitions! Congratulations to Grand Champion Brian Lipps of Smokin' Lipps, Reserve Grand Champion Tee Wayne Abshire of Tee Wayne's Cajun Cooking, and to all that got their names called!

And that included Big Bear BBQ! Congrats! I love that logo you've got on your trailer!

And I almost forgot - Y'all come join us for their next contest - they told us today it's planned for 11/12-13/2010!

Thanks , I think it looks really good. If we can only get our chicken to come around in these contest me and my buddy Shooter would feel a whole lot better. I will try and post a pic of my trailer.
