Great! Yes, Andy sent out a reminder e-mail this morning. I remember that place from last year - I like that town!

Well, the weather looks good for this - sunny with temps in the upper 70s, with no rain in sight! Let's hope that forecast holds!!

I have a question for anyone who can answer it:  My cooking team has two pits loaded on a trailer so that we can cook our meats on different pits for the convienence of more room.  I wanted to make sure that it was legal to use both of the pits for the comp.  I know that there is mention of one pit for one team in the rules.  Just wanted to know how it worked with people who have double barrel smokers, multiple cookers, etc.

You can have as many pit's as necessary for you to cook your product at an event (as long as it fits within your spot). You cannot have TWO different teams (example: Jacks Old South & Smokin Triggers) cook on one pit.
