Who's planning to attend?  They have $4,000 prize money this year and have added a kid's cook-off on Friday night and cobbler on Sat with the other 3 basic categories.

$100 entry fee for 3 meats

I'm attending, 1st competition, new forum member, so probably doesnt tell you a whole lot, but definitely looking forward to a good time.

Do you happen to know any of the turn-in times.  Like I said 1st competition, so I'm not sure what's secret and what's found out the day of the event.  Just has seemed kind of unorganized to this point, not sure if that is par for the course or not.

We will announce the turn-in times Friday when we see how many teams that we are going to have - it will be either
12:00 Chicken
1:00   Pork Spare Ribs     or 1:30
2:00   Brisket                 or 3:00

If there are more than 45 teams we will the 1-1/2 between turn-ins -
