I have looked high and low and cant find the answer to this one...Does chicken have to be turned in with the skin on.....Nothing in the rules?Huh?Huh?Huh?

there isn't anything in the rules but if you were the only one that turned in with the skin off it would be considered a marked tray

Skin on....I start low so I dont have the skin turn loose....then get hotter if it dont temp out
