I have been waiting for information on the Hobbs, NM contest in August. I noticed it is no longer on the event calander. Has it been cancelled or just being updated.

Joe - I just heard from someone yesterday and they have decided not to do the event this year - the people that we dealt with last year are no longer at the casino

Maybe you could get someone else in Hobbs to think about doing it again.

You might check with a local VFW or American Legion and then we could work with them and get something set up - if you go to Albuquerque this w/e you might visit with Dana, HJ, because she has been a promoter for the Homer's in Amarillo.

I might be able to come up to ABQ as a spectator if I can get off. I was hoping to enter, but there is no way this time.
