What a great way to end the 2010 BBQ "season" in Louisiana - 34 teams! The contest site excellent - beautiful casino resort - and the weather was a bit cool at night, but perfect otherwise!

Congratulations to Grand Champion Brian Lipps of Smokin' Lipps (St. Amant, LA) and Reserve Grand Champion Ronnie Wade of Blazen BBQ (Hillsboro, TX) - and to all that walked!!

we had a great time - it great to see all of the LA teams again and to meet some new ones - this is definitely one that we might think about doing again next year
