Just wondering who is coming?  This will be only our 2nd comp ever, and our first out of state trip.  We are coming from TX,  this trip is twofold for us, a chance to compete and to visit with our LA relatives.  Looking forward to a great time.  Look us up and say hi, our team is Homebrewed Q from Shenandoah, TX.  See ya there!

Say...speaking of this contest, would anyone be interested in getting together and going to the buffet for dinner (like we did in November)? The promoter tells me she can request a room for us so we can all sit together if I tell her in advance...just let me know how many in your party...

As of this morning, we have 22 teams for the spring 2011 Marksville contest.  If you are not signed up, do so as soon as possible.  We need at least three more teams!  This is always a fun contest!

We will be down there competing, along with my other buddy & his team, Lil' John's BBQ.  We're both from West Monroe, LA.
