My name is Matt Hansen from Sweetwater, Texas and I am the head cook for Sweet Heat Barbeque.  I am not new to competition barbeque, but I am new to the forum.  Looking forward to meeting new friends on the forum.

Yes, Austin.  I 'm looking forward to it!  This will be my second KCBS competition ever.  I think my inexperience serves me well right now.  I have no idea the caliber of the competition I will be competing against, other than the obvious, and that's fine with me.  In all seriousness, it should be a blast.  See you there!
