Hey everybody ,just need a little help . Are we going to turn 4 meats at the smokin oldies cook off in september? I know we have to do a brisket or butt for the foundation but being an ibca event I'm a little confused and any help will be appreciated and hope to see everybody there .

Lil John - reading the flyer - all 4 categories will count toward GC - chicken, pork spare ribs, pork, and brisket.

I'm sure that Lynn H will probably chime in here - but if she doesn't contact the promoter to make sure.

Yes, all 4 meats. Read the flyer for more information, but I believe they want the pork pulled only - at least that's how it's been in previous years. Yes, a brisket or a butt for the Dream Day Foundation. And the pork WILL count toward GC.
