Hey folks I got a date to do Brooks. It is only for 400 to 500 People. It will be Wounded Warriors and their care givers. It is April 23. So Come on down and show your support for the Troops.

Again we will be there, just need the particulars.  We serving on the 23rd? or start cooking on the 23rd?  I have to get things straight with work, so I can be there.  The sooner I know the better!

 Grin Love to help If I can make it. I'll put in and so far still on queue for Ft. Hood as well.  My just be me and my smoker due to my relo etc... not sure how much support I can recruit but I'm working on it.

This one is simple. We will serve on the 23rd. I think We have enough pits. But we could use servers and people to help with the meat prep and stuff like that. This is for all Wounded personnel that served in Iraq and Agafistan. Plus their care givers. Plus any family member that are there at the time.  They have request that were serve Brisket, Sasuage and Chicken. Brooks is at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio. They are building the Building were will be serving from as I type. When it get closer I will post directions.
Not too sure what info you will want so ask and I will answer.
