The Hill County Go Texan BBQ has been rescheduled for Sat. Nov 29 at the Hill County Fair Grounds -

This is going to be Ribs only - Pork Spare Ribs, Baby Backs, and Country Style -

$50.00 entry fee - 100% payback

Setup and move in beginning at 3:00 p.m. Friday.

It has been a while since I have seen any of you guys. I think I might just dust of the nobutt cook shack and wander down to that neck of the woods. ( Work permiting)

Hillsboro should be fun. Hope to see everyone there.
Also, Wolfs Sports Bar in West is having a non sanctioned rib and bean c/o on Sunday afternoon if anyone would like to make a full weekend out of it. Check with me Sat, I should have more info.
