You can really tell that everyone is in the slow down mode because there isn't any activity on many of the Forums --

This has been a great year for the IBCA - we have sanctioned close to 140 events this year from Jan to Dec.  This year we have one the second week-end in Dec making it the last one of the season and then of course we start up again the week-end after New Years.

With events in AR., CA., GA., LA., NM, OK, and of course all over the state of Texas we still remain the second largest sanctioning organization in the USA.

Thanks to the support of all our members and Promoters our organization will continue to grow.

Merlyn has moved and the committee decided not to do the festival in 2009 -- you will have to find somewhere else to go.
