Take left over meat from competition. Stir fry in plow disc Wok or cast iron skillet with chopped bell peppers and onions and a splash or two of Soy and worchester (sp???) sauces. Wrap in grilled flour tortillas with cheese and hot sauce. Enjoy.
Note: I like chicken the best. Brisket works ok. Ribs is a bad idea!
