The good news is we very much enjoyed hosting the 2nd annual 3rd coast cook at Lake Conroe KOA in Montgomery TX.
The bad news is that I did not get near enough secret info on how to become a master BBqER.
I would like to thank Steve for following up with an alternative date when we got hit with the hurricane. I appreciate Don for humoring me as I toured the property with him and his wife.
Lynn for being patent with my 45 minutes worth of questions to ensure we had all our ducks in a row before the cookers showed up.
Made some good friends and judged some of the most delicious pork, chicken and brisket that has ever come off a cooker. Wow! It was fun trying everything.
