In 2008 IBCA sanctioned 141 events in 7 different states - participation in these events are as follows:

No. of cooks                 Events

1 -10                           11

11 - 24                         55

25 - 49                        42

50 - 99                        29

100 +                            4

Our average is 38 - 40 teams per event.

Thanks to all that support the IBCA - this is your organization and it continues to grow.

One thing that we are short of and that is Head Judges - we need more than we have at this time (25 -30) to cover all of the events that we are scheduling.  If there is anyone out there that would like to work in the judging area, feel free to contact any of the Head Judge's at the different event.  We will be more that happy to talk and work with you.

any where from $500 to $15,000 - there are some events that have no payout at all - just bragging rights.

At Traders Village with the IBCA added money we usually pay out over $20,000.
