Talked to Dee Dee and they have 28 pre-registered more than ever before - looks like we will have a big crowd this year.
Come prepared to turn in 2 - 1/2 chickens - ribs and brisket will be determined after final count.

We will be there! Cant wait, went out and bought new spices last night for rubs. Have a brisket in the fridge to rub down and start our practice run today to make sure we remember how to cook after the winter lay off.
I think we finally decided that we are using 5's for the margarita turn in, 10's for desert, and 20's for anything but? we talked about using 50's but I think that is a little over kill, and I think it hurt us on appearance last year!
