7:00 am to 4:00 pm - Arrival and set up of cook teams
9:00 am - Chief Cooks Meeting at Judges Tent
1:00 pm - Turkey Breast Turn in - Entry Fee $25
2:00 pm - Desserts Turn in - Entry Fee $25
3:00 pm ? Mexican Dish (NO DESSERT) Turn in - Entry Fee $25
4:00 pm ? Margarita (ANY FLAVOR) Turn in - Entry Fee $25
5:00 pm ? Pork Loin Turn in ? Entry Fee $25
6:00 pm - Rib Eye Steak Turn in ? Entry Fee $25
(1 ? approximately 1 ? - 1 ? inch thick rib eye steak cooked MEDIUM)
85% payback ? all categories will be paid as follows: 1st (50%) 2nd (30%) 3rd (20%)
Plus Trophy Belt Buckle to OVERALL winner (cook with most points totaled from all events, Friday)
**ALL CATAGORIES CAN BE COOKED ANYWAY (WITH OR WITHOUT STUFFING), BUT MUST BE COOKED ON PITT. ONE ENTRY PER TEAM PER CATEGORY.**

IBCA Events Commence
12:00 pm - Chicken Turn in
1:30 pm - Pork Ribs Turn in
3:30 pm - Beef Brisket Turn in
7:00 pm - Winners announced in Judges Tent
Will be paid for each turn in (chicken, ribs, and brisket), total $10,050.00(maximum) on FULL field of 68 teams (minimum).
**ALL CATAGORIES MUST BE ON PITT.**
Trophies will be awarded to top 3 places in each of the Sanctioned events. Honorable mention plaques will be awarded for places 4-10.
