Good little cook-off
Bill is fixing hamburgers for the cooks Friday night and donuts & coffee Sat. morning for breakfast and cook's meeting

Question about the Cheicken.... Can you inject the chicken halves? New to cookoffs and not sure about this. Looking forward to Kaufman it will be my first.

you can inject them if you want to but would suggest not using anything red because the judges might think it isn't done.
