Got an e-mail yesterday from the Chamber of Commerce - 32 teams signed up thus far! The weather looks pretty good, maybe a little windy on Friday, but it's still early...

Congrats to Grand Champion Robin Polk of Polk Chop's Cooking (Beaumont, TX) and Reserve Grand Champion Ron Latil of Jus' Blowin' Smoke (Vidor, TX) and to all that got their names called! This contest was a LOT of fun - but BOY did we have a LOT of rain on Friday night - and I don't recall that rain was ever forecast!
