I'm trying to get a menu together for stuff to grill for Memorial day...

So far I'm thinking of grilling some burgers, bbq ribs and chicken kabobs. And for side dishes... pasta salad, baked beans and corn on the cob.

What are you grilling?

Just smoking a brisket, two butts, some linked sausage and brauts to start with. If the rain holds I may add a few more items. Decided to cook today since rain looks like it is for tomorrow in this area.

How did your memorial day BBQ turn out? I hope it didn't rain!

Mine ended up being perfect. All my friends had a great time and really enjoyed the food. I made some BBQ salmon and Citrus Barbecued Pork chops. I got the recipe from http://justaddbbq.com. You should check it out for your next BBQ.
