We are going to do our first cook-off, and debuting between two on the 4th of July weekend.  I have information from the one in Huntsville, and the Trinity Go-Texan.   I didn't see the Trinity one on the schedule, but the flyer says it's sanctioned. Is there anyone else going to either of these?

Is IBCA running this cook-off?  That is what is on the flyer, but I don't see it on the website.
If not - that's OK - we will go to the other one.

Sam, I talked to the Promoter this morning and told him that he hadn't contact me about the event - I'm working on getting a HJ for the event.  He said that it was going to happen this year.

Good Luck on the smokin' trail
