After reading a few threads,I wanted to introduce myself to this community and look forward to sharing ideas with other forum members.

There is some amazing advice and stories here. In Costa Rica, the beef tastes great. Unfortunately, most restaurants do not understand a good sauce.

Hopefully, I can compete one day on the international stage.

Best regards,

Richard

Welcome to the forum - hope you enjoy reading it and learn from it.

If beef brisket is cooked right it doesn't need a sauce - just the natural juices.

Lynn,

Thank you for your reply and warm welcome.

In fact, my mother makes an amazing Brisket. (as I assume all mothers do...)
