Hello everybody, My name is Gilbert and I am from Mission Texas.  Carlos and Myself make up TEAM CASANOVA and we have been cooking for 4-5 years.  We have just finished up our first year being members of the IBCA.  We are looking forward to meeting up with some of you all on the BBQ circuit.  If you ever see our banner up at a cookoff, please come up and say hi.
