I have never entered a competition that you had to turn in pulled pork, until now.  I think I can cook it, but the questions are with turning it into the judges.  How much do I put in the tray?  Can I put sauce or juice on it outside the tray then transfer the meat into the tray?

The competition is the one Labor Day weekend in Rayne, LA.

Thanks for the help, Robert

Robert, I usually pull my pork, then a little sauce and juice. Not to much, it tends to get mushy in the tray. About a cereal bowl full will be enough for the judges. Don't forget to put some of the burnt ends also. Hope this helped. Good Luck!!!
