Hi everyone! My name is Josh Manotas and I am the head cook for Stick Pig BBQ. My partner Cory Wilson and I live in Natchitoches, LA and we have so far entered two competitions. We cooked in the IBCA comp in Lafayette, LA this year and it was our first ever. We won 5th place Chicken and 10th overall for that competition and our second was Roastin with Rosie in Jennings, LA a couple weekends ago, and we won 4th place in Ribs and 9th overall. We are stoked as hell about cooking and cant wait to get out to some more competitions and meet alot of folks and enjoy some cold beer. Any tips for some newbies would be appreciated! We have met a few of yall along our short journey but we look forward to meeting many more of yall. We will be in Ponchatoula in October and in Florien in November. Hope to see yall there!

Welcome Josh to the IBCA and the Forum - BBQ Competition is a lot of fun - you get to meet a lot of nice people and they become like a second family.

Look forward meeting you in Florien.
