How much are they? Andy's thinking about a dozen, if we're remembering them right...

this was a great event - Congrats to Danny Christian, Southern Exposure, GC and Tee Wayne Abshire, Tee Wayne's Cajun Cookin, Reserve.

It was nice to meet and put names and faces together this week-end - Danny Titus, Robert Tonn, Josh Manotas, Barry Smith and of course it was nice to see everyone else too - thanks for making my birthday a special on.e

Andy and I had an "interesting" experience on the way back from Florien - we went south on 171 - and just north of Leesville, another motorist informed us that the back of our trailer was open! We stopped immediately and checked - some metal that was holding the lock to the tailgate had failed and while the lock was still there, the door had rolled up!

We started back to Florien, trying to figure out how the whole thing had happened - we thought that perhaps when we left the site, driving up that hill was kinda bumpy and that initially opened the door. There was a big bump a few miles down the road that may've moved things along as well, but we didn't see anything around there, and the sun was going down at this point.

A little bit south of Hornbeck we found a bucket of ours that we had put in the trailer at the last minute - but  that was it. It was about pitch dark when we got back to the spot north of Leesville where we'd first stopped, and that was all we could find.

So, we ended up losing a stool on wheels (about the size you'd use to work on a car with), a folding chair (the one with the fold-out shelf), and a fire extinguisher. None of it was irreplaceable or worth lots or money or anything and I'll bet they all fell in the ditch on the side of the road (tho I'd think that fire extinguisher would've caused a commotion hitting the pavement), but by any chance did anyone see any of that stuff along the road?

Thanks!
